Agents, serviced residences and developers

Most rentals and resales go through agents, who are usually paid by the landlord or seller. Serviced residences rent directly by the month or year. New condominiums are sold by the developer, often off plan with a reservation fee and staged payments. Whichever route you use, ask for the condominium registration and, for a purchase, confirmation of the foreign quota before paying a deposit.
